sk96 Terms & Conditions for Malaysian Players

Introduction and acceptance

Access to sk96 is conditional upon acceptance of this agreement. A user accepts the agreement by registering an account, selecting a casino game, placing a sports bet, claiming a promotion, making a deposit or otherwise using a restricted feature. Acceptance applies to the version in force at the time of use.

The user confirms that all registration information supplied to sk96 is accurate, current and complete. No statement on sk96 should be interpreted as financial, legal or tax advice. Gambling involves the risk of losing money, and no result, return or profit is guaranteed.

Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms & Conditions:

• “Account” means the personal sk96 profile registered to an eligible and verified individual.
• “Player” or “User” means the individual accessing or using sk96 in accordance with this agreement.
• “Services” means the casino-style games, live dealer content, sports markets, promotions, payment functions and support features offered by sk96.
• “Bonus” means promotional credit, free-play value, cashback or another conditional benefit provided under separate promotional rules.
• “Payment Method” means an eligible bank, card, e-wallet, online-transfer or supported digital-currency option.

Account eligibility

A sk96 account may only be opened by a natural person who is at least 21 years old, has legal capacity to enter a binding agreement and is permitted to participate under the laws applicable to that person. Companies, associations, automated systems and persons acting for another individual may not register.

Each person may maintain only one sk96 account unless written approval is provided. Duplicate, shared, transferred or purchased accounts are prohibited. Users must not register from a restricted location or use technology intended to disguise their true identity or location.

sk96 may request proof of identity, age, residential address, payment ownership or source of funds. Acceptable records may include an official identity document, recent address evidence and transaction records. Failure to provide satisfactory information may result in restrictions, delayed processing or account closure.

Account security and personal responsibility

Users must create secure login credentials and keep them confidential. A password, one-time code or security answer must never be shared with another person, including anyone claiming to represent sk96. The user is responsible for activity conducted through the account where correct credentials have been supplied, subject to applicable law and the outcome of any security investigation.

Suspected unauthorised access must be reported promptly. sk96 may temporarily lock an account while reviewing unusual login activity, inconsistent device information, repeated failed authentication attempts or suspected payment fraud. Such action is a protective measure and does not imply a final finding against the user.

Deposits, balances and withdrawals

sk96 may display balances and transaction limits in MYR. Available methods may include Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, eligible cards or supported digital currency. Availability depends on the account, selected method and current service status.

Payment instruments must ordinarily be registered in the same name as the verified sk96 account holder. Third-party deposits, cash advances, suspicious transfers and transactions involving inaccurate ownership information may be rejected or investigated. Deposit processing times and displayed ranges are estimates, not guarantees.

Before approving a withdrawal, sk96 may complete identity, gameplay, anti-fraud, payment ownership and source-of-funds checks. Where practical, withdrawals may be returned through the original method. Banking schedules, FPX processing, e-wallet review and verification requirements may affect completion time.

Account balances do not earn interest. Players must review each transaction before confirmation and promptly report an amount they believe is incorrect. A payment must not be reversed or disputed dishonestly after valid participation has occurred.

Bonuses and promotions

A sk96 promotion may be subject to an eligibility period, minimum deposit, wagering requirement, maximum conversion value, game contribution rate, restricted market, expiry time or withdrawal cap. Promotional terms form part of this agreement when a player chooses to participate.

Bonus funds are not necessarily withdrawable cash. A wagering requirement may need to be completed before related value becomes eligible for withdrawal. Players should read the complete offer conditions before opting in and should not claim a promotion if they do not understand its restrictions.

sk96 may withhold a promotional benefit where there is reasonable evidence of duplicate accounts, coordinated activity, manipulated gameplay, low-risk wagering designed solely to extract bonus value or another material breach. Any review will consider the relevant account and transaction records.

Casino gameplay and sports betting

Users are responsible for checking the stake, selection, odds, table limit and potential return before confirming participation. Once accepted by sk96, a wager will ordinarily be final unless the applicable product rules permit cancellation or a verified technical fault requires correction.

Casino outcomes are determined according to the relevant game rules and system. RTP is a theoretical long-term percentage, not a promise of an individual return. Sports bets, including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia and UFC markets, are settled using the displayed market terms and recognised event data available to sk96.

Obvious price errors, incorrect event details or technical malfunctions may result in a market being suspended, voided or corrected where permitted. sk96 will not treat a clearly erroneous price as a guaranteed entitlement merely because it was briefly displayed.

Prohibited use and unfair conduct

The following activities are prohibited:

• Using sk96 while under 21 years old or on behalf of an underage person.
• Opening duplicate accounts or allowing another person to use an account.
• Providing false identity, address, payment or source-of-funds information.
• Using stolen funds, unauthorised payment instruments or proceeds of crime.
• Colluding with other players or coordinating wagers to obtain an unfair benefit.
• Exploiting software faults, incorrect prices, delayed feeds or technical errors.
• Using bots, scripts, automated tools or prohibited data-extraction technology.
• Threatening support personnel or attempting to interfere with sk96 systems.

Reasonable evidence of prohibited conduct may lead to investigation, account restriction, cancellation of affected transactions and reporting where legally required. Decisions will be based on available records and the seriousness of the suspected breach.

Responsible gambling

sk96 is an adult entertainment service and must not be used as a source of regular income or a solution to financial difficulty. Users should set a fixed budget, monitor session time and avoid chasing losses. Money required for rent, food, education, bills, loan payments or family commitments must not be gambled.

Account suspension and closure

A user may stop using sk96 and request account closure, subject to the settlement of valid open transactions and any necessary verification. A request for permanent self-exclusion will be handled as a responsible-gambling measure rather than an ordinary closure request.

sk96 may suspend, restrict or close an account where required for security, verification, legal compliance, responsible-gambling protection or investigation of a suspected breach. Where appropriate, affected users may be asked to supply additional information before remaining eligible funds are processed.

Closure does not remove rights or obligations that arose before closure. Clauses concerning payment review, prohibited activity, liability, privacy and dispute handling may continue where their nature requires survival.

Service availability and limitation of liability

sk96 aims to provide stable access but does not guarantee that every service will remain uninterrupted, error-free or available on every device. Maintenance, internet failure, banking disruption, data-feed delay or circumstances outside reasonable control may affect access.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, sk96 is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from a user's personal gambling decisions, device failure, internet connection, failure to secure login credentials or reliance on information that was clearly marked as an estimate.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Each dispute will be considered according to the relevant facts, transaction records, product rules and mandatory legal requirements.

Changes to these Terms & Conditions

sk96 may revise this agreement to reflect changes in services, security practices, payment arrangements, product rules or applicable requirements. The updated version will state its effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through an account notice where appropriate.

Continued use after a revised agreement takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. A user who does not accept a material change should stop using sk96 and request account closure, subject to any outstanding verification or settlement obligations.
